By registering for "The Extreme Universe" workshop, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register. The workshop and this website are operated by Eminova Felicis.

"The Extreme Universe" is a live, one-hour online workshop scheduled on Friday, 22 May 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST. The session is hosted by Sarvesh Bhardwaj and is intended for participants aged 7–14, accompanied by a parent or guardian where required.

Registrations are accepted only on a first-come, first-served basis through this website. The registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any registration that contains false, incomplete or misleading information.

The workshop fee is ₹149 per child, payable online at the time of registration via our payment partner PayU. Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Joining details (meeting link/instructions) will be shared via email and WhatsApp before the workshop begins. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for connectivity issues at the participant's end.

Participants and accompanying guardians are expected to maintain respectful behaviour during the live session. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session, with no obligation to refund the fee.

All workshop content — including but not limited to slides, recordings, visuals and written material — is the intellectual property of Eminova Felicis and the host. Participants may not record, redistribute or commercially use any part of the workshop without prior written consent.

A Certificate of Cosmic Recognition will be issued, in digital form, to participants who attend the live session. The certificate is for personal/portfolio use only.

In rare cases (e.g., technical issues, host unavailability), we may reschedule the workshop. In such cases, all registered participants will be moved to the new date at no additional cost.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the workshop is limited to the fee actually paid by you for the workshop.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
