No refunds — and here's why.

All payments made for "The Extreme Universe" workshop are strictly non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed and the fee of ₹149 is paid, the amount cannot be refunded, cancelled or transferred under any circumstances.

By registering and completing the payment, you explicitly accept this no-refund policy.

The workshop is delivered live to a limited cohort. Each confirmed seat blocks an actual spot in the live session that we cannot resell at the last minute. Our pricing of ₹149 is intentionally kept extremely accessible — and is sustainable only because we do not process refunds.

If you or your child are unable to attend the live session for any reason (personal, technical or otherwise), no refund will be issued and no make-up session will be offered.

In the rare event that we are forced to reschedule the workshop due to reasons on our side (e.g., host unavailability, force majeure), your existing registration will be automatically carried forward to the new date at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

If your card is charged but the registration fails to confirm, or in the case of a duplicate charge for the same registration, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 85957 91930 with your transaction reference. After verification with our payment partner PayU, any genuinely failed/duplicate amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

This is the only scenario in which a refund may be processed.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered workshop will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in permanent restriction from future workshops.
