This website and the workshop "The Extreme Universe" are operated by Eminova Felicis ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you register for our live online workshops.

When you register, we collect only the information you provide on the registration form, including:

• Parent name and student name
• Child's age
• Phone number (WhatsApp)
• Email address
• City (optional)
• Payment transaction reference (handled by our payment partner PayU)

We use your information solely to deliver the workshop you have registered for. Specifically, we use it to:

• Confirm your registration and send joining details
• Send workshop-related reminders and certificates
• Process your payment securely via PayU
• Respond to your queries over WhatsApp/email

All payments are processed by PayU, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers. Only the transaction reference and payment status are stored with us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run this workshop — specifically PayU (payments) and Resend (transactional emails) — and only to the extent necessary.

We retain registration records for the duration required to deliver the workshop, issue certificates and meet any legal/accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our workshops are designed for children aged 7–14, but registration is always completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect any data directly from children.

You may, at any time, request to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the WhatsApp number listed at the bottom of this page.
